We are currently seeking a full-time Parts Sales Specialist to field all incoming inquiries and proactively market and sell the available products we offer. Ideal candidate is a motorcycle enthusiast with a desire and passion to learn and grow in the industry. Candidate would have a general mechanical understanding. Prior industry experience would be preferred, but not required. Must be motivated.
Cheap Thrills Motorsports is a local motorcycle shop in Eden Prairie that specializes in both New and Used motorcycle repair parts. Offering a one stop shop to find the most cost effective solutions for your project's needs. With a selection of used, new OEM and new aftermarket parts, our customers are able to make well educated decisions when researching repair parts for their project. We help people save money and time so they can get back out on the road or trail riding again.
Our company was founded on a passion and desire to race motorcycles. With that passion we are still heavily involved in the sport still today, offering trackside services and tire changing at select local race events as the Regional Pirelli Race Tire vendor. While a strong part of our business, it also provides us a way for us to give back to the motorcycle community. Started from the ground up by two motorcycle enthusiast and industry experts. Together we provide 20+ years of industry and racing experience.
Job Description
The Product Sales Representative is responsible for fielding all incoming product inquiries, answering customer questions, and facilitating customer checkouts/invoicing. In addition to fielding incoming inquires, the position also requires proactive marketing of our product and services to continuously be bringing new customers in. The Product Sale Representative is an integral part of our business as the main individual responsible for facilitating sales transactions. Additionally this individual will be representing our company as the voice and face that the majority of customers will interact with. The ideal candidate must be friendly and personable with good communication skills. While no prior sales or industry experience is required, either and/or both would be preferred. This is a performance base position. Compensation will be directly tied to position performance. Thus we are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual, that is able to work cohesively with a team. In addition to our storefront and online presence, we also offer trackside support as the Regional Pirelli Race Tire vendor at select events throughout the summer. An ideal candidate will also be able to assist in working those select weekends providing trackside parts services. Typical work hours are M-F 9am to 5pm and additionally select event weekends May through September. As mentioned the position has a performance based commission pay plan.
